Sanket Chaudhari is a seasoned product designer with over 7 years of experience in designing and shipping cross-platform consumer-facing applications across web and mobile for small and mid-sized startups and large organizations. He is currently working as a Senior Product Designer on the Design Systems team at Groww, where he is laying the foundations of a scalable design systems practice as the company scales its teams and product offerings. Prior to Groww, Sanket worked as a designer at Flipkart, where he led design for the Games and Gamification charter. His work aimed at turning the transactional nature of e-commerce journeys into engaging and rewarding experiences for millions of users across India on a daily basis. Sanket believes that good visual design is imperative for a great product experience and has a knack for product strategy and systems thinking, which stems from his love for designing for scale. He has a passion for mentoring and helps designers seeking to improve their skills, find a new job, or take the first steps into the world of product design through ADPList. In addition to his professional experience, Sanket has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp. He also has a background in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Centre Point School. Sanket has worked with companies like Convosight and On Deck, where he served as a Founding Designer and Design Fellow, respectively. At Convosight, his mission was to enable millions of online community admins to become community entrepreneurs by providing them with insights, infrastructure, and an ecosystem to grow and monetize their online communities sustainably. Sanket's expertise includes product design, infrastructure, mobile and web design, and he has a relevant experience of over 8.44 years.
