Santosh GSK is an Applied AI Expert, AI Marketing Trainer, and Consultant with over 10 years of relevant experience. He completed his Master's degree in Computer Science at IIIT Hyderabad, where he developed a fascination for Machine Learning Research for Indian languages. He spent an extra semester at his own cost to learn relevant subjects required to do ML research on Indian Languages, and he was able to finish his Masters after publishing six ML research papers during that period. For the next 7 years, Santosh worked as a Data Scientist solving various problems in Healthcare, Finance, Real-estate, and Legal domains. In the last few years, he has been actively mentoring and coaching students from BITS Pilani, UpGrad, IIT, and other institutes as the demand for Data Science skyrocketed. Santosh is currently the AI Marketing Trainer and AI/ML Consultant for his own company, santoshgsk.com. He has been decentralizing AI by training Digital Marketers to use data and build AI models on their own without coding. He has also created Applied AI Experts by making professionals solve real-world problems in their own line of work. Santosh has built a holistic AI learning hub for non-coders to learn and apply AI through Courses, Bootcamps, 121 Coaching, and Community. He has been an AI Consultant for Wildcraft, SimpleCRM, SanjayShenoy.com, BIRetail, and has helped them build AI products. Santosh has been awarded Top 50 Chiefs 2019-20 by TapChief for completing a record number of gigs in 2019. Santosh has taught courses on AI, ML at BITS Pilani as an AI Subject Matter Expert. He has also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Practo, where he implemented Contextual Multi-armed Bandit algorithms to efficiently allocate doctors to user’s health queries, identified product’s limitation in fetching more doctor replies, developed an algorithm to dynamically match demand-supply, and built a spam filter which is an ensemble of five classifiers handling different subgroups of spam, among other things.
