Santosh Verma is a highly motivated and accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and technology. He completed his Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Agartala. After college, Santosh embarked on his entrepreneurial journey and founded Go Web, which aimed to bring local shop owners to a digital platform to help them expand their reach and increase revenue. Although the idea was revolutionary, due to lack of product-market fit and other reasons, Santosh decided to close it. In his next venture, Santosh founded IoTronix, a company with a vision to replace existing inefficient manual switches with smart switches. He built the world’s first cloudless technology in IoTronix, and with the most innovative Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model, IoTronix is changing the Smart Hotel and Smart Home landscape in India and abroad. Santosh has helped IoTronix grow from just an idea to a $10M company with pre-series A round funding of $100K and is looking to disrupt the Smart Hotel and Smart Home industry. Santosh is currently a Consultant at Unbox Robotics, where he brings his expertise in entrepreneurship and technology to help the company grow. He also loves to help young entrepreneurs and college students kick start their entrepreneurial journey and often interacts with them during invited guest lectures. Santosh has a proven track record of success as an entrepreneur. He has taken Go Web from just an idea to a $1M company in under 1 year, raised $10K in an angel round of funding for Go Web, and helped onboard over 100+ sellers on its platform within a few months of launch. Similarly, he has taken IoTronix from just an idea to a $10M company, raised $100K in a Pre-Series A round of funding, and launched Smart Hotel-as-a-Service and Smart Home-as-a-Service for the first time in India. Santosh's educational background in Electrical Engineering has given him a solid foundation in technology, and his experience in entrepreneurship has honed his skills in product development, business strategy, and team management. He has relevant experience of 6.85 years and is proficient in web technologies.
