Saravana Kumar is a seasoned Product Manager with over 14 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working at Enparadigm as a Product Manager for Business Simulations, where he is responsible for designing and delivering customized learning interventions specific to the industry and organization's business context. He has launched two self-paced simulation platforms, namely Finance for everyone and Customer centricity. Saravana is a proactive individual who takes ownership of his work and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions. He has a strong background in mobile-based sales enablement platforms, having worked as a Product Manager for SmartSell Mobile Platform at Enparadigm. He led the roadmap of the mobile platform that equips frontline and distributed sales teams with the right content, learning, and collateral across sales processes. He has also led and executed several industry-first features and integrations and appreciates their impact on the users and market. Prior to Enparadigm, Saravana worked as an AVP - Analyst at Tracxn, where he led and stabilized a newly set up 30+ team that delivered profiles of relevant companies for VCs & PEs. He gained a deep understanding of the rigour, discipline, and pace required to navigate in the start-up ecosystem. Saravana has also worked at Cognizant and Accenture, where he steered the roadmap for a network service provider's product catalog and order management system and spent his entire stint with the AT&T account, respectively. He has learned how organizational priorities are made to trickle down in large complex organizations with strong cross-functional dependencies and what it takes to build and maintain large-scale integrated IT systems. Outside of work, Saravana is an avid reader of English and Tamil literature, a test cricket fanatic, and a T20 observer. He holds an MBA in Strategy and Technology from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology.
