Saravanan Mohanasundaram is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft with a passion for business, technology, and crafting delightful customer experiences. With over 11 years of progressive work experience in the technology industry, Saravanan has spent the last 8 years in product management. He has a strong background in software engineering, marketing, and co-founding and running a startup in the e-commerce/foodtech space. Saravanan's current role at Microsoft involves catalyzing the company's own digital transformation through platforms and products. He has also held positions as a Product Owner at UnitedHealth and a Product Manager at GGK Tech, where he took a product from concept to revenue in just 2.5 years. Saravanan has experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, conducting market research and competitor analysis, managing industry trade shows and PR activities, and collaborating with engineering teams to roll out new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Saravanan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Technology Management from IIT and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Production Engineering from Anna University. He is also a research scientist and has a TechStack that includes product management, software engineering, big data, research science, and web development. Outside of work, Saravanan enjoys travel, fitness, and nutrition.
