Saswata Ghosh is a highly skilled Data Architect with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field of Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and MSBI. He is proficient in analyzing user requirements, conducting initial data discovery, and architecting an Azure data solution encompassing automated data ingestion, staging/refinement, and reporting. Saswata's recent project experience is mostly on Azure Databricks backend, where CSV/parquet files are directly extracted and loaded into a staging database, and then transformations are performed to prepare tables for the refined layer. Saswata is well-versed in applying data visualization aesthetics for functional, responsive, and meaningful insights to end-users, thereby improving their Power BI adoption. He is also an expert in automated data orchestration (ELT) using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Automation account runbooks, and can improvise automation requirements using Python, .NET, or PowerShell code snippets.
