Saurabh Goel is a seasoned Lead Product Manager and Technologist with over 20 years of relevant experience in product, process, platform engineering and agile methodologies. Currently, he serves as the Director- Product Development at American Express, where he leads a team of 10 product managers and product owners in implementing enterprise digital experiences to drive acquisition and loyalty in partnership with international markets’ stakeholders, airline & hotel partners, network banks, third party vendors and various technical teams to accelerate acquisition & approval rate, timely reward and provide associated benefits with a distinct focus on digital experience. Saurabh is skilled in delivering products that are distinctly focused on customer experience for digital customer journey & underpinning capabilities, nimble processes to drive conversion and customer value proposition. He practices Agile Product Development with a distinct focus on Minimum Viable Product (MVP) followed by deliveries based on customer & business value proposition, digital experience, and strategic roadmap. In his past roles as a Senior Manager at American Express and Innovation Operations Consultant at Cisco, he was responsible for people leadership, project management, business partner relationship management, team mentorship, requirements gathering, critical software development, system designing, technical lead, and project management of large-scale and real-time projects. Saurabh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management from Hult International Business School. He has a strong Tech Stack that includes Product Manager, UI, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.
