Saurabh Joshi is a highly motivated Reliability Engineer at Microsoft with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field. He is passionate about exploring new avenues in his career and achieving his lifetime goals and dreams while creating a positive influence in society. Saurabh has a keen interest in working with individuals to help them identify their strengths and discover their true passion. In his current role at Microsoft, Saurabh works with strategic corporate customers and studies their architecture. He is responsible for onboarding them to the organization and providing knowledge transfer of Microsoft's offerings. He handles customer issues and solves complex problems involving Cloud offerings such as Azure PAAS Cloud Services, Micro-services, API Management, Azure Storage, and Azure CDN. Prior to Microsoft, Saurabh worked as a Software Engineer at Processmap Corporation. He was involved in all the code and DB side development work and had expertise in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, AJAX, WCF, Web Services, JSON, SOAP, SAAS, SOA, and more. He worked on EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Product and was responsible for enhancing the web application hosted as SAAS and providing on-time delivery with quality assurance. Saurabh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT), Bhubaneswar. He also completed his 12th from Madnawati Public School, where he studied PCM. Saurabh's technical skills include SRE, Azure, Microservices, SQL, Web, Software Engineer, dotNET, QA, ASP.NET, Javascript, and AngularJS. He is always eager to learn and grow in his field, and he values accountability and teachability in himself and others.
