He enhanced the legacy application and created a new UI module in Angular 8 with PrimeNg Library. Sayantan followed agile software development standards and built a tool to generate reports with Apache POI. At CGI, Sayantan worked with a renowned US bank to eliminate Biztalk's licensing fee and implemented the functionality with drastic performance improvement by following microservice architecture using Spring Boot and Redhat Openshift cloud. He implemented new web services to improve functionality and performance and developed unit tests using tools like Mockito to check the correctness of functionality. Sayantan deployed code in the OpenShift platform and configured Jenkins to trigger an automated build from Bitbucket.
