Sayantan Ghosh is a highly experienced Software Engineering Manager with over 12 years of relevant experience in product and platform teams. He has a strong background in setting technical direction, establishing and evolving product strategy, and execution. Currently, he is working as an Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, leading Feed Growth and Trust charters with several high-priority initiatives and multiple tracks. Sayantan has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Facebook and Uber. At Facebook, he worked as an Engineering Manager for the Family of Apps, Growth, and Messenger Kids Experience (Engagement and Integrity) teams, as well as Machine Learning. At Uber, he was one of the early members of the Michelangelo, Machine Learning Platform team, enabling over xx+ ML models in production, which helped democratize Machine Learning across the company.
