Shadman Arko is a dynamic and creative computer scientist with over 4 years of experience in software engineering, game development, Unity development, and XR development. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Brain Station 23, Shadman is a front-line development specialist and fundraiser who is adept at securing and growing new income and developing relationships with major sponsors, including corporate, foundational, and individual. With a strong background in computer science, Shadman has sound knowledge about several tech stacks and is skilled at working with big development teams in highly collaborative environments. He is a VR/AR developer and game developer who is always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities. He never denies his liability and responsibility and always tries to be a good leader. Shadman has worked with several companies in the past, including Bangladesh Army and Kovair Software. At Bangladesh Army, he served as a Software Engineer (VR/AR Team Lead) and was responsible for leading a team of developers in the creation of VR/AR applications. At Kovair Software, he worked as an Engineer Intern and gained valuable experience in software engineering and development.
