Shashank Tewari is an accomplished real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He has an impressive track record of signing more than 35 acres of industrial land, over 100 acres of NA and agriculture land, and more than 500 commercial outlets. Shashank is passionate about vendor onboarding, commercial negotiation, and dispute resolution without legal involvement. He is an expert in signing properties with zero lock-in and 2-3 months security deposit. Currently, Shashank is the Founder of a company in stealth mode where he has scaled up retail expansion to 15 states with 170 retail stores, 25 parking yards, and 30 offices across India. He has a deep understanding of the real estate market and has built relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, developers, and authorities. Shashank has executed tie-ups with IOCL, BPCL & HPCL PAN India for setting up of retail stores in the fuel stations. He has also managed to re-negotiate rentals from 26 landlords and convert the annual savings of 5 Crore. Prior to this, Shashank worked as the Director at CARS24 where he handled 34 direct and 52 indirect resources across India. He scaled up retail expansion from 2 cities to 200 cities within a period of 3 years, signed approx 90 L sq ft area in 200 cities for parking yards, signed 30+ offices PAN India, and signed 15 L sq ft land within 2 months in 7 metro cities. Shashank defined the complete processes of expansion and implemented a lease management system (LMS - Salesforce). He also executed tie-ups with IOCL, BPCL & HPCL PAN India for setting up of retail stores in the fuel station. Shashank has a strong educational background, having completed his education from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
