He is a quality-focused Program Director who has worked on multiple global engagements, including Digital Transformation, Azure Cloud Security, and Telco Process Transformation. Shaswata has hands-on experience in managing deliveries for responsive websites, custom software development, and maintenance using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Currently, Shaswata serves as the Principal Consultant at Infosys, where he is the Program Director of the Participant Digital Experience platform for the leading US Retirement Group client in the Infosys Retirement Technology Services. He leads a team of 250+ FTEs with a yearly revenue of $22M+ in both FP and CTM work model. His programs include digital and personal advisor-led services and are fully integrated with the Group client’s participant experience website/mobile app. Shaswata has led multiple delivery teams that provide Cloud-based microservices, APIs, UX designs, UI modifications, batch programs, and reporting to enable the Retirement, Loans & Withdrawals, and Savings Programs. He aims to improve the financial well-being of participants by offering services for savings, retirement planning, withdrawal, paying down debt, optimizing savings, and funding multiple goals, such as buying a house, retirement benefits, early money withdrawal, and saving for college. Before joining Infosys, Shaswata worked as a Program Manager for TCS, where he managed multiple large programs for the largest Danish Telecom company, covering GDPR, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS E5) implementation, Fiber to The Home, and Field Service Management system transformation. Shaswata has a strong technical background and is proficient in Azure, Mobile, Microservices, UI, and Software Engineering.
