Shekhar Kumar is a final year student with a passion for building solutions that tackle real-world problems. He has a strong background in backend development and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Currently, Shekhar is working as an SDE intern at Xiaomi India. Shekhar has experience working on projects that involve scalability and real-world use cases. He has worked with node and express backend architecture. Shekhar has won several hackathons, including UNESCO India-Africa, SIH'22, and Uber HackTag Finalist. He was also ranked 36th in the Xiaomi Ode2Code competition. Shekhar has worked as a Back End Developer at Hack2Skill, where he designed and implemented low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. He integrated user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and implemented security and data protection. He also integrated data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and blob stores. Shekhar has also worked as a GDC National Software Fellow at Pupilfirst, where he was among 40 students selected by AICTE to contribute to the government's real-world project and digital goods. He worked on open-source software that is currently used to monitor and allocate beds to Corona Patients. His tech-stack mainly involved Django, TypeScript, and React. Shekhar is a software engineer with experience in backend development, Django, TypeScript, integration, and frontend. He has relevant experience of 0.37 years. Shekhar is also an AICTE National Eng. Fellow'22 and a GitHub '21 Extern.
