Shekhar Kanodia is a Tech Lead in Engineering Productivity with over 6 years of relevant experience. Currently working with Oracle, Shekhar is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the engineering processes in the organization. Before joining Oracle, Shekhar worked with BITSAA Int. as Manager of the BITS Alumni Mentoring Program (AMP) Team. He was responsible for managing the team and ensuring the successful execution of the program. Prior to that, he worked with Prisio Technologies as a Techno-Functional Consultant. Shekhar completed his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2011. He later pursued an MBA in Enterprise Management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which he completed in 2021. As part of his MBA, he also completed an EMBA International Exchange Program in Digital Transformation from IE Business School and an EMBA Micronational Champions in the Digital Economy from National University of Singapore. Shekhar's tech stack includes Python, product management, test, and software engineering. With his diverse experience and educational background, Shekhar has honed his skills as a Senior Software Engineer. He is a quick learner, an excellent team player, and has a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Overall, Shekhar is a highly motivated and accomplished individual with a passion for technology and a drive to succeed.
