Shilpa is an experienced technology specialist with a strong background in telecommunications. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, she has honed her skills in Spring Boot, C++, Java, and management. Shilpa has a proven track record of success in the industry, having worked on creating backend, frontend, architecture, and CI/CD pipeline for multiple companies such as Genomelink (YCombinator Backed), Incasafit (Fitness app), and Avvinue (Pet travel booking platform) during her tenure as a Senior Full-stack Developer (Remote) at Freelance. Currently, Shilpa is the Co-founder (CTO) of dukaanshala, where she has built the backend, frontend, micro-services architecture, and CI/CD pipeline from the ground up. She has also led the development of all features, infrastructure, and deployment. Prior to this, she worked as a Software Engineer at Telstra, where she was responsible for breaking down monolithic services into micro-services. She created micro-services using Java Spring Boot and created CI/CD with source clear, coverity scan, sonar quality scan, and deployed to PCF. Shilpa's education and experience have equipped her with a diverse set of skills, including public speaking, which she has demonstrated throughout her career.
