Shilpa Prakash is a dynamic HR professional with over 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently, she is working with Dalet India as HR-People & Talent, where she is responsible for strategizing hiring, HR policies, and bringing structure to HR functions. Shilpa is passionate about building high-performance teams and shaping the future of Dalet. Prior to joining Dalet, Shilpa worked as a Lead Consultant for Talent Acquisition at Hashsearch, where she worked with some of the most exciting startups and product companies in Chennai and Bengaluru. She was responsible for setting up engineering teams from scratch and solving difficult hiring problems algorithmically. Shilpa also has experience in scaling teams and working directly with Engineering Heads and CXOs. Shilpa holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bangalore. Shilpa is a super passionate HR professional who loves to mentor teams and offer guidance to deliver an offer every eight hours.
