Shilpa TR is an accomplished Engineering Leader with over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, Bangalore, where she has been working for the past 6 years. Shilpa has a diverse skill set that includes expertise in AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, and API Gateway, Java and Java Script, Salesforce CRM, Python, Machine Learning, Database (Aurora), Android, and iOS mshop App. She is also a Security Certifier for Software Applications at Amazon. She has also worked as a Software Test Engineer at Flipkart Internet Private Limited and as an Associate Test Consultant at Microsoft. Shilpa has a Master's degree in Computer Science from IISC/VTU tie-up and an Executive MBA in Finance from Symbiosis University. Currently, Shilpa is the single-threaded owner for Amazon Food Business Launch, which has about 80+ services and a 30-member tech team. She is responsible for Merchant and Customer Experience, Data Science, AWS technologies, Abuse detection using Transaction Risk Management, Payment compliance (Data localisation), and GST Accounting and Tax Automation. Shilpa is also responsible for Salesforce CRM integration with Restaurant java-based service via Rest API, 3P POS integrators (Urban Piper, Lime Tray, and Rebel), and Vendor/Seller management for technical integration for Catalogue ingestion and Restaurant Order life cycle management end-to-end experience. She has also launched TPM for Physical Store JWO UK for Enabling hosting Amazon Grocery/Fresh in 3P External Apps in 2022.
