Shivam is a dedicated Android developer with over 5 years of experience in the field. He completed his Masters in computer science with a 3.73 GPA from City University of Seattle. Shivam has a passion for helping small businesses flourish in the technology world. He gained in-depth knowledge of the entire process of shipping an android application in short cycles while working with a startup in New Jersey. Shivam has also had the opportunity to work with T-Mobile, one of the top three communication companies in the USA, where he is currently working as an Android Developer. He is working on one of the most demanded frameworks for communication, WEBRTC, to create a communication app that caters to the needs of call and message features. Shivam has worked with d&a technologies as an Android Engineer, and as a freelancer, he worked on the CookNow application. CookNow is an on-demand cook application that provides cooks for the desired cuisine in just 30 minutes at your doorstep. Shivam created two personas, Cook and Customer, with different functionalities. As a customer, he can book the available cooks, and as a cook, he can see his assigned orders and set his availability. Shivam has developed an inclusive knowledge of widgets like navigation bar, List/Recycler view, and layouts. He has used camera hardware functionality to capture the profile photos of the user's. For data persistence, he has utilized Shared preferences, SQLite Database, and Singleton design patterns. Shivam has also integrated AWS Mobile Hub, which includes DynamoDB for NoSQL database and AWS Cognito user authentication. Shivam's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sharda University and a High School degree in Science from Seth Annadram Jaipuria School (SAJS).
