Shivam Gupta is an experienced Sr. Software Engineer with 8 years of experience in the eCommerce industry. He is currently working as an SDE-IV at InMobi, where he is a part of the DSP team in the Adtech domain. Prior to this, he has worked at Walmart and Samsung Electronics. At Walmart, Shivam worked as a Senior Software Engineer, where he led the payments microservice in Asda's e-commerce domain for the UK market. He also led the public cloud migration of the customer profile for Asda's e-commerce from on-prem private services onto the Azure public cloud service with zero downtime. Additionally, he designed and implemented one of the most complex and challenging initiatives of onboarding customer profile data from George Clothing platform onto the Asda Ecosystem to enable the omnichannel shopping experience for the customers. Shivam has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. He is skilled in Java/J2EE, Data Structures, Algorithm, Rest Services, Hibernate, and Spring Framework. He has experience in creating highly scalable backend microservices.
