Shraddha is a highly skilled and certified Agile Business Analyst with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field. She is IIBA-CBAP trained and has completed PSM-PSPO training, making her an expert in Scrum methodology. Currently working as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, she has previously worked as an Information Technology Analyst and Business Analyst at TCS. Shraddha's expertise lies in eliciting and translating business requirements into user stories, BRD, FRD, and SRS. She is proficient in conducting gap analysis, scope analysis, and impact analysis on business processes using various techniques like use case diagrams (UML), context diagrams (Data Flow Modelling), BPMN (process modelling), and flow charts. She is also adept at conducting AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and suggesting fit-for-business solutions by designing a change strategy. As a skilled communicator, Shraddha is capable of constructing easy-to-understand data and process models to communicate client's business requirements effectively.
