Shraddha Parmar is a highly skilled Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware with over 12 years of relevant experience in software engineering, integration, web, and infrastructure. She is a great team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Shraddha has worked extensively on C++ on both Linux and Windows platforms, with a focus on developing messaging servers that provide enterprise email, message store, and protection against hackers, spam, and virus threats. She has also taken on release engineering tasks, including generating GA releases, defect fixing patches, localization patches, and release upgrade patches. In addition to her development work, Shraddha has also developed APIs for order entry to exchange and order management, demonstrating her strong coding skills. Prior to joining VMware, Shraddha held senior software engineering roles at Veritas and Vela. At Veritas, she designed and developed the infrastructure for email notification of alerts for ticketing system integration with NetBackup using C++, Java, and Corba framework. She also worked on dynamic enrollment of X509 certificates in NetBackup domain to enable ‘boundary of trust’ and integrating External Key Management service feature to NetBackup. At Vela, she was responsible for developing the SREX high-speed low-latency order, execution, and quoting gateway, providing coverage for most of the exchanges. Shraddha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the MIT College of Engineering and completed her SSC and HSC education at KV CME, Pune. Her technical skills include software engineering, Java, integration, web, and infrastructure.
