Shreyanshu Ojha is a highly skilled HR professional with expertise in Benefits, Rewards, and Performance Management. He graduated from XLRI in 2020, and since then, he has been working at Diageo India as Manager - Performance, Rewards & Benefits. As a fresher from college, Shreyanshu joined Diageo as Management Trainee in HR, where he gained all-rounded experience in different fields of HR, including Employee Experience, Employee Benefits, Policies, Competency Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Campus Hire Onboarding, and much more. Shreyanshu has pursued post-graduation credits in term 5 of his MBA from IESEG School of Management, Lille, France, through the International Student Exchange Program. During his MBA, he did a summer internship at Vodafone Idea Ltd., and he has also worked on live projects for multiple companies such as Accenture HR, Epitude Consultants & JUSCO. Before joining Diageo, Shreyanshu did an internship in Recruitment & Onboarding for 2 months with a start-up named Avsar HR Services. Prior to his MBA, Shreyanshu has work experience of 23 months at United Health Group as a Software Engineer. He has done his B.Tech from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad. Shreyanshu is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who is always willing to learn and grow. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable him to work effectively in a team.
