Shriniwas Mutnure is a seasoned product and general manager with extensive knowledge of food tech, social gaming, e-commerce, mobile, and web platforms & edtech. He is currently the Co-Founder of Flexagn, a game-based daily learning platform for kids aged 8-13, where he is reimagining creative learning with comics, games, and much more. Shriniwas has had a successful career in the food tech industry, where he was part of the senior leadership team at Cookpad limited, overseeing the India business. He had full P&L responsibility and led growth initiatives to build the largest cooking community in India focused on home cooking. He collaborated with Cookpad global teams to learn and share successful initiatives across other regions and built a strong team of community managers across multiple cities in India to grow local communities and bring regional cuisines online. Shriniwas also drove marketing and other offline initiatives to grow Cookpad brand visibility in every Indian household. Before his stint at Cookpad, Shriniwas was a Senior Product Manager at Cucumbertown, a food blogging platform acquired by Cookpad. Here, he managed product monetization and growth features and helped thousands of food bloggers make a livelihood out of food blogging. He set up display Ads feature and implemented key revenue yield management ad technologies such as Header Bidding, enhanced targeting to optimize CPMs, and set up unique geo-targeting enabled affiliate feature to enable affiliate sales for bloggers. Shriniwas holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & General Management from IIMB and a B.E (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics and Chemical from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has 12.77 years of relevant experience and is well-versed in mobile and web platforms as a product manager.
