Shubham Naik is a Senior Data Science Engineer-II at Emerson Innovation Center with a passion for Python Programming, Machine Learning/AI, and Data Science. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Shubham has a strong background in computer vision, video processing, NLP applications, predictive analytics, and time series forecasting. Shubham has extensive experience working with computer vision, deep learning, object detection, and CNN to build solutions. He has also worked on building virtual assistants using RASA, text summarization, search engines, advanced Spacy, and word embeddings. Furthermore, he has built various classification and regression models using XGBoost, Random Forest, SVM, KNN, and has experience in time series analysis and forecasting. Shubham is well-versed in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure and has exposure to deployment tools such as Dockers, GCP – Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure Devops, and Redhat Openshift. He has previously worked as a Data Scientist at L&T and a Machine Learning Engineer at Syntel. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, Goa, and has completed an Embedded Systems Design course from BICARD, Pune.
