During her time at Monzo Bank, Shubheksha was a Backend Engineer, where she was responsible for building resilient, scalable backend services in Go. She was instrumental in several key projects, such as Disputes automation, Strong Customer Authentication, Defunds automation, and Safer changes. Her contributions to these projects helped reduce overall operational costs and improve the observability, testability, and quality of the systems. Shubheksha is a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
