Sisir Behera is a skilled Tech Lead with over 13 years of experience in analysis, design, development, support, and maintenance of agile software development methods using Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Technologies, ASP.Net 3.5, C#, WCF4.0, Web Services, Windows Services, AJAX, MS-SQL Server 2008, Oracle SQL Developer, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
