Smriti Sadhana is a highly experienced Training & Quality Manager with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare and e-commerce industries. Currently, she is working as a Care Manager and Sales Trainer/Auditor at Life Front Cover Pvt Ltd, where she has single-handedly taken care of Corporate and Consumer sales for the healthcare start-up. She is responsible for training new sales executives and conducting refresher sessions for experienced employees. She also conducts sales audits and monitors sales performance while performing competitive analysis. Smriti advises retail as well as corporate clients on ideal health and insurance products based on their specific needs and resolves queries related to health conditions and policies. Prior to her current role, Smriti was an Entrepreneur at a global e-commerce online shopping platform, where she focused on sales discovery, relationship building, and business expansion. She was responsible for sourcing, hiring, and product/process training of new resources to sustain business growth. She has also worked as a Human Resources Executive at EXL, where she coordinated with various HR teams on the interview process for potential hires, conducted orientation sessions for new hires specific to geographies in which their clients were based, and monitored attendance, performance, and other specific parameters related to post-hire soft skills training.
