Soham Dutta is a dynamic and results-driven software engineer with over 3 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer - DevOps at CGI, where he is responsible for automation, CI/CD, AWS Infrastructure, and developer productivity enablement. Soham possesses excellent communication skills and is known for his ability to relate well to people at all levels. He is a strong problem solver and can think "out of the box" to come up with innovative solutions. In his current role, Soham has focused on AWS Infrastructure and has single-handedly led the efforts to create AWS Infrastructure by creating terraform modules. He has also created a Jenkins library for easy CI/CD integration of all forthcoming repositories. Soham has performed chaos engineering on cloud architecture to have a resilient system and has integrated SAST and DAST scans to their CI/CD pipelines using SonarQube and Veracode. He has also helped create a standard library for Jenkins to automate the creation of Jenkinsfile. Soham has previously worked as an intern at CGI and Linuxworld Informatics, where he worked on AWS with technology stack as NodeJS and TypeScript on SaFe model. He has also worked on almost all Industry 4.0 technologies such as DevOps, Augmented Reality, Machine Learning, IOT, Big Data, and Cloud Computing. At Linuxworld Informatics, he worked on the creation of his own cloud computing cluster, which provided features such as SAAS, StAAS, PAAS, and IAAS. Soham has also worked on the creation of Ansible scripts to automate deployment of Hadoop on VMs and docker containers and to automate deployment to AWS. Soham holds a Masters of Computer Application degree from the University of Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Computer Application - Hons degree from ITM University, Gwalior. He is proficient in AWS, Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, Infra, Terraform, Jenkins, Integration, Typescript, Ansible, NodeJS, Big Data, Docker, ML, Hadoop, and Django.
