Sonaal Topno is a seasoned Team Lead Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience in the industry and consulting. He has a strong background in consumer research and advisory, having worked with various consumer packaged goods companies and Indian brands. Sonaal is currently working as a Program Assistant at the Bill Melinda Gates Foundation, where he is responsible for optimizing processes and automating tasks. Before joining the foundation, Sonaal co-founded MadCloud Company, where he led large-scale transformations in digital learning platforms across 6 Indian vernacular languages. His expertise in automation and process optimization has made him a valuable asset to any team he works with. Sonaal holds an Integrated M.tech in Geophysical Technology from IIT and an Intermediate degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is proficient in various tech stacks, including Mobile and Research Scientist, and has a passion for learning new technologies.
