Soumyo Nath Tripathy is a skilled Machine Learning engineer with a passion for Natural Language Processing and image processing. He has a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the Institute of Engineering and Management, and is currently working as a Machine Learning research intern at IIT-Kharagpur. Soumyo has experience in building machine/deep learning predictive models using image and/or atomistic coordinate data, and is well-versed in Python programming language, advanced Excel, SQL functions, Tokenization, Normalization, POS Tagging. Soumyo is a Sudoku Solver, can trap rainwater, and loves aggressive cows! He has a strong interest in open-source contributions, especially on Natural Language Processing projects. He has worked as an OpenSource Mentor at OpenCode, and has completed internships at LGM, The Sparks Foundation, and TwoWaits. Soumyo's current role is as a Python Developer intern at Trailytics, where he is honing his skills in software engineering and deepening his knowledge of Python. He has also completed internships at Cryptonaukri and Amazon, where he worked on Developer Relations and AI/ML virtual internship respectively. Soumyo is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, and enjoys conducting literature surveys and writing project reports.
