Sourabh Abrol is an accomplished Information Technology professional with over 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure knowledge, design, architecture, and support. He has a proven track record of success in leading enterprise technology implementations with expertise in data center operation, disaster recovery, and administration of enterprise mission-critical systems. Sourabh is skilled in designing and implementing IaaS, Daas, and Cloud Computing using vSphere Data center virtualization and Horizon View in multiple VDI PODs in an active-active setup. He is an expert system integrator of virtualization and SAN technologies. Sourabh has the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business partners and is an excellent analytical problem solver with a track record of leading projects from inception through completion. Currently, Sourabh is working as a VDI Engineer at Allps, where he is responsible for managing and providing l-3 level support to the enterprise-scale VDI infrastructure. He has experience in managing more than 40,000 end-user desktops deployment on VMware Horizon View (VDI) Platform and Cisco Unified Computing Platform (UCS). Sourabh is skilled in analyzing and planning capacity relative tasks using VRealize Operation Manager (VROps). He has hands-on experience in Migration of Esxi from 5.x to 6.x version, P2V migration, and building new virtual servers as per best practice for end application owners. Sourabh has worked with iQor as an Enterprise Solution Specialist and System Admin VMware VDI. He was responsible for managing and providing l-3 level support to enterprise-scale VDI infrastructure. He managed global entitlement in POD federation cloud pod architecture to load balance the user traffic across all pods at the site level. Sourabh has experience in troubleshooting and mitigating issues related to UCs infrastructure for hardware maintenance and up-gradation. He has also tested and deployed new firmware releases for the entire UCS architecture at hardware, i.e., flex IO modules, FI, chassis, and blade by updating existing service profile and templates for large-scale deployments. Sourabh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Chandigarh Group of Colleges. He completed his 12th from Dream Land Public School. Sourabh has relevant experience in AWS, Infra, and Test, with over 10.11 years of experience in the IT industry.
