Sourav Gupta is an experienced software and mobile engineer with over 12 years of experience. He has extensive hands-on experience in Node.js, Typescript, Mongo DB, SQL, GraphQL, Redis, iOS (Native), Kafka Grafana, and various other technologies. Currently, Sourav is working as an Engineering Manager at Apollo 24|7, where he looks after the consult vertical. Sourav has made significant contributions in the design, flow, and technical architecture of microservices and mobile applications. He has designed various microservices and iOS mobile applications from scratch. He is also responsible for requirement analysis, estimations, low-level, high level, and story planning. In his current role, Sourav is responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of microservices catering to consult flow. He is responsible for various features like Virtual consult, Family Package, One tap, and the whole consult journey. He is also responsible for Patient App (Consult), Doctor App, Patient Web (Consult), Doctor Web, and Backend. Sourav's tech stack includes GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Node.js, TypeScript, Micro Services, and Microsoft Azure. Prior to joining Apollo 24|7, Sourav worked as an Engineering Manager at Urban Company. There he was responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of microservices catering to the Acquisition and Onboarding of partners. He revamped the whole login/Sign up flow for Partner apps, and managed a full-stack (Partner Mobile apps, Backend, Web) POD of 5-6 engineers. Sourav holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from NIT Jalandhar. He also completed his 10th class from Sanmati Vimal Jain Sr. Sec School.
