Sourav Mukherjee is a highly skilled Manager at PwC India, with extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation across diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Government, FMCG, Automotive, and TMT. He holds an MBA degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, with majors in Marketing and Operations. Before joining PwC India, Sourav worked as a Business Analyst at Verizon Communications, where he was part of programs for call center transformation, customer journey analysis, and churn reduction. During his tenure, he drove initiatives in the field of marketing analytics to reduce customer churn, implemented predictive analytics techniques to improve customer and agent experience, designed and developed Verizon Big Answers Platform, and set up a Big Data Centre of Excellence to fast-track the adoption of data-driven decision-making amongst off-shore executives. Sourav was also a Group Management Cadre Intern with the Group Strategy Office of Mahindra Group, where he worked on Mahindra's coveted leadership program designed to fast-track the careers of MBA graduates from top-tier institutions of the country into top management roles. In addition to his professional work, Sourav enjoys traveling and following cricket and football in his free time. He is proficient in Big Data, HDFS, Hadoop, and Apache Hive.
