Sridevi Neti is an Associate Product Manager with a passion for product development and management. She is currently pursuing a mid-career transition into Product Management and has chosen this field because she believes that the pace at which the consumer base for new technologies is expanding presents customer/user problems with product adaptability. Sridevi has a systematic and planned approach to product development that addresses these issues, and she wishes to seek potentially profitable market problems and be part of the solution development process. Sridevi's goal is to help businesses achieve success by being part of their journey right from initial market research to product release and beyond, with customer/user needs as the core focus. She is particularly excited about businesses that use unproven business models, as she believes that adapting to changing customer/user needs requires new thought and fresh ideas. Sridevi loves curating and nurturing such ideas and translating them into viable products that help businesses deliver value to their customers. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Sridevi has developed a range of competencies that include case studies, market research, focused surveys, road maps, usability study, user experience design, wireframing/prototyping, functional requirements, epic/stories, release planning, feature prioritization, test case review, product UATs, usability testing, release notes, competitor analysis, focus group analysis, and minimum viable product. Sridevi's past experiences include working as a Senior Analyst at Sumtotal, where she improved efficiency of documentation and execution of tests and processes by eliminating redundancies accrued due to legacy approaches resulting in reduced man hours by 20%. She also identified system critical defects resulting in customer cost savings and encouraged cross-functional training and organized sessions for skill improvements within a 15 member team. At Spiral Software Ltd, Sridevi led the entire product’s web application QA activities for very high profile petrochemical clients like Exxon Mobil, BP, Chevron, Shell. She planned test activities for pilot projects for Product Enhancements, improved the regression suite by categorizing the core functionalities and created checklists, and assisted Product Managers with BVT tests (Business Acceptance) and setting up Test Environments. Sridevi has a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University.
