Srihith P. is a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer at Microsoft with a passion for problem-solving and team management. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Maths&Computing from IIT Hyderabad and has gained practical experience in various programming languages including C, C++, Python, Arduino, Pi, and Linux. Srihith has demonstrated his leadership and technical skills by leading and representing the best technical minds of IIT Hyderabad in the 2019 Inter IIT Tech Meet, a technical showdown amongst all IITs. He has also served as VP | R&D Head at CRIOT, an in-house startup at IITH, where he spearheaded all the research departments. At Honeywell Aerospace USA, Srihith worked as an SDE intern in a 10-member team to develop UAM/UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) tracking and trajectory prediction. He created a scalable activation engine using Spring Boot (Java) that enables communication between a drone and Iridium/INMARSAT satellites. Srihith's current role at Microsoft has given him the opportunity to develop his skills in software engineering, machine learning, and research. He has also gained experience in senior software engineering and blockchain.
