Subramaniam Vaidyanathan is a highly experienced Vice President at Jio with over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology product development, and business transformation. He has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in multiple geographies and domains, including Government, Auto, Energy, Plastics, and Aviation. Mr. Vaidyanathan has extensive hands-on experience in selling and delivering consulting services and technology products for large-scale innovation programs in the areas of digital identity, predictive analytics, digital marketing, collaborative enterprise, and financial inclusion. He possesses competencies in Client Account Leadership, Business Development, Digital Identity, Product Management, Program Management, and Design and Execution of large technology programs. Prior to his current role at Jio, Mr. Vaidyanathan worked as a Vice President at Accenture, where he led the Global Public Services Digital Identity practice for the Capability Network. He has hands-on experience in thought leadership, sales origination, proposal development, and delivery in the areas of Citizen Experience design, Citizen Service design, Digital Transformation, Risk & Fraud management, and Citizen Centric Design. He has worked in various countries such as India, the US, ANZ, South Africa, and the EU. Mr. Vaidyanathan also served as the Client Account Lead and SME for the Aadhaar program at Accenture in India, where he led Consulting and Technology sales & delivery for a portfolio of UID-related projects across various States, Private Enterprises, and at UIDAI HQ. He has been on roles such as UIDAI Principal Consultant, Aadhaar SME, States, and NASSCOM STQC Biometrics for UIDAI Technical Advisor. Mr. Vaidyanathan holds a One Year Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BE in Electronics from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also possesses relevant experience in Product Management.
