He is currently working as the Chief Architect at Droom and is responsible for designing system and infrastructure solutions to meet critical business needs. Sudhir is known for his fresh perspective, creativity, originality, and above all, his ability to keep the customer at the center. Sudhir has a successful background working with stakeholders to develop an architecture framework that aligns strategy, processes, and IT assets with business goals. He has also worked closely with project managers, developers, and focus groups to avoid redundancy, minimize expenditures, and improve overall synergy within the organization. Sudhir has in-depth experience establishing best practices and guidelines for selecting, developing, and implementing information systems within an enterprise.
