Suju Pillai is a highly experienced Director of Engineering with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. She has worked across multiple domains and geographies, holding various positions such as Architect, Head of Delivery, Product Owner, and Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant in large services and product-based companies. Suju has a strong background in agile project management, including Scaled Agile SAFe, XP, Scrum, and Kanban. She is also well-versed in PMI and Atlassian toolset, including JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Trello, and JIRA Portfolio.
