Suman Yadav is a dynamic and results-driven Vice President at Futr Energy software solution with over 6 years of experience in the solar industry. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Sales & BD at visualai, where she is responsible for driving top-line business growth and uncovering new insights to achieve unrestrained vertical growth. Suman is accountable for developing and executing business/sales strategy for visualAI SaaS, solar asset health audit services, and leading a team of sales, operation & delivery in India, Vietnam, Morocco, and in the MENA region. Prior to her current role, Suman served as a Business Development Manager at visualai, where she was responsible for developing and executing Business/Sales strategy for health audit of solar PV plants service, and leading a team of tech, operation & delivery in India and MENA region. She worked closely with the Founders, Investors, and the Board of directors, and her success included boosting B2B sales by 85% in the FY year, increasing market share by more than 40% within a year, and a sizeable increase in clientele from 3 to 30+. She also served as a liaison between customers and the software development team. Suman also has experience as a Commercial Solution Architect at visualai, where she was involved in developing high ROI drone-data based services for accurate assessment of solar PV plant health. She worked on the theme of unification of data from different sources like SCADA, IoT devices, drone payloads, and I-V & EL measurements to solve the problem of the solar industry. She established a good rapport with the clients and worked on a variety of projects ranging from DAQ to delivery on cloud-based tools. Suman holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in software engineering and senior software engineering.
