Sunil Gopal is a Certified Scrum Master with 8 years of experience in implementing Agile methodologies to improve processes and complex product deliveries. He is an Agile Advocate who is hands-on in training teams and supporting product owners to remove impediments and backlogs, enhance velocity, and help teams adopt Agile methodology. Currently, he is working as a Scrum Master at Airbus. Previously, Sunil has worked as a Scrum Master at Allscripts India, where he played the role of Scrum Master for cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. He customized Scrum and crafted an in-house version specifically for the Interface team. He was responsible for Release Management, Quality Control, dependencies, challenges, and risk. He also supported the Product Owner with documentation of User Stories and Acceptance criteria. Before Allscripts India, Sunil worked as a Scrum Master at DXC Technology, where he facilitated daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings. He monitored and tracked project progress and performance against project plans, reporting status to project stakeholders through structured communication. He established and actively managed all project and key stakeholder expectations and relationships. He also monitored the Product backlog and ensured all the items are groomed and prioritized by the product owner. Sunil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He has relevant experience of 9.69 years. Sunil is a proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is passionate about Agile methodologies and is always eager to learn and implement new techniques to improve processes and product deliveries.
