Surya Priyadarshi is a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Business Analyst at Barclays with a passion for breaking traditional norms and misconceptions in the tech space. As a first-gen, woman in tech, she is dedicated to making a difference in her field and inspiring others to do the same. Surya has gained valuable experience in the tech industry, spending her initial years as a frontend developer after completing her Engineering degree. Working with various clients, she realized the importance of data in business decisions and our lives, which inspired her to pursue Business Analytics and Management Sciences. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in this field at the University of Southampton Business School, with an expected completion date of December 2022. Surya's programming skills include React JS, Angular JS, JavaScript, and .Net, and she is proficient in software tools such as Visual Studio, MS Office, and Eclipse. She also has experience working with databases such as SQL Server and MySQL. In addition to her technical skills, Surya is a natural leader with excellent team-building, public speaking, and event planning skills. Prior to joining Barclays, Surya worked as a Software Engineer at Tavant and an Intern at Zedify UK. She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dr. KNMIET, which she completed in 2017.
