Susmita has a proven track record of driving hiring strategies, ramp-ups, and new businesses across technologies and domains. She has extensive experience in strategizing and attracting niche skill, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, and high-volume talent across levels. Her data-driven market intelligence approach helps in developing effective sourcing strategy and cost reduction. Susmita has established and driven key recruitment metrics to provide data-driven actionable insights. She has also built, coached, and managed a dynamic and productive sourcing and recruitment team. Her experience in Campus recruitment and Vendor management is commendable. Prior to Accenture, Susmita served as the Managing Partner at Mindgen Solutions, a recruitment consulting organization that provides PAN India strategic hiring support to IT organizations with specialization in mid-level and leadership hiring across technologies & domains. She was responsible for setting up and driving business right from conceptualizing and developing business strategy, client acquisition, operations, and execution. Susmita also served as a Senior Manager-Global Strategic Hiring (Leadership hiring) at Wipro, where she led the strategic and leadership hiring for Global Media & Telecom vertical and one of the largest service lines. She hired over 200+ resources across various roles such as business heads, practice heads, principal architects, presales, and functional roles such as TA, L&D, WMG, etc. Susmita holds a BE in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has relevant experience of 19.62 years and possesses expertise in TechStack such as test, Senior Software Engineer, infra, and Integration.
