Swarnadeep Saha is a Senior Developer at SAP with over 8 years of relevant experience in the computer science field. Currently, Swarnadeep is working as a Developer as a part of the Extension Framework team for SAP CX (formerly known as SAP C/4HANA) sales and service cloud. SAP C/4HANA, powered by SAP HANA Cloud platform, combines Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Microservices to power real-time customer engagement. Swarnadeep is responsible for developing tools, technology, and platforms in which users and partners can personalize, extend, and create solutions and applications they will ever need (side-by-side & in-app). He is also responsible for In-App Extensibility and Key User Tools (KUT), in which users can personalize and extend the solution without any technical details or knowledge. Closely integrated with the core application suite, users can interact with only mouse clicks or just tapping on the screen. Prior to his current role, Swarnadeep worked as a System Engineer at TCS, where he was an ABAP Developer for SAP S/4HANA implementation. He was responsible for developing CDS views for reporting and OData consumption. He also led and helped a small team for the HANA specific ABAP developments. Swarnadeep analyzed the business process for the SAP S/4HANA implementation roadmap and was responsible for running a proof of concept for SAP S/4HANA implementation roadmap. He also worked as a Technical Consultant mainly for SAP R/3 ABAP, SAP Business Workflow, IDoc, and Webdynpro at TCS. Swarnadeep has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer/Information Technology from Kalyani Government Engineering College. He also completed his 10+2 from Mc.
