Sweety Singh is a Talent Acquisition Executive at The Scalers, a company that helps top product firms across Europe set up their tech teams in India. With almost 3 years of relevant experience, she is responsible for hiring the right talents for offshore development teams, primarily across UI Developer (Angular/React) & Microsoft .Net technologies. Sweety engages with the business to understand the business need for building products across domains varying from Fintech, Ecom & others. She creates a market intelligence to map top candidates across India who could solve the complex business challenges using some cutting-edge technologies. She strongly believes that India has a highly diversified and strong tech talent that it could support & help countries across the globe build some top-notch products for their markets. Before joining The Scalers, Sweety worked as a Technical Recruiter Trainee at Hirexa Solutions Private Limited and as a Human Resources Intern at Jindal Saw Limited. She completed her Bachelor's in Computer Application (BCA) from K.K. Wagh Arts, Commerce & Science & Computer Science College, Sarashwati Nagar, Nashik in 2020. She also holds a High School diploma from Navjeevan Day School. Sweety's tech stack includes UI and AngularJS. She is passionate about hiring the right talent and helping companies build their offshore development teams in India.
