Swetha has a proven track record of sourcing resumes through various channels such as job portals, databases, references, and LinkedIn, and screening profiles based on job descriptions. Swetha's expertise in briefing candidates about job specifications and company profiles, and sharing relevant profiles with technical unit heads for shortlisting, has helped her to build a strong network of candidates.
