Tabish Haroon is a highly experienced Program Manager currently working with the IITD-AIA Foundation for Smart Manufacturing. He has over 10 years of relevant experience in technical education vertical markets, project management, operations, sales support, market analysis, and customer segmentation. Previously, Tabish worked as a Team Lead at Adroit Control Engineers - India, where he was an Entrepreneur in Residence for a new business venture. His responsibilities included conducting customer interviews, market research, market testing, product supplier prospecting and evaluation, strategic partnerships, copywriting, recruitment and training, cost structure, marketing, budget allocations, and building customer relationships. Before that, Tabish was a Business Development Engineer at Application Control Panels Private Limited, where he analyzed existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. He also identified builders, contractors, architects, and project management consultants in Delhi NCR, pursued architects, consultants, and clients for prospect projects, and worked with core sales teams to achieve targeted business goals. Tabish's education background includes a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Islamic University of Science & Technology, Pulwama. He also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from Iqbal Memorial Institute and a Secondary School Certificate in Science, Social Science, Spoken Language, and Mathematics from Caset School. Tabish is a skilled Research Scientist and has a strong tech stack. He is a self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills, and he is passionate about using his skills and experience to drive innovation and growth in the technical education and smart manufacturing sectors.
