Tanushree Pai is a financial modelling and analysis professional with over 11 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently working as a Manager I at ICICI Bank, she provides personalized services on banking and investment products to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)/Clients. Tanushree's expertise in analyzing HNI clients' requirements and providing expert services with respect to their banking needs has helped them make a financial plan for achieving various personal needs at various life-stages. Prior to completing her PGDM in Finance & Marketing from International Management Institute Delhi, Tanushree worked for 35 months at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd. Her responsibilities included software development, release management, and involvement in various stages of project development such as estimating, design, and maintenance. She is enthusiastic about taking full ownership of tasks and likes to drive an analysis-oriented, customer-focused, and initiative-driven approach. Tanushree's experience includes dealing in various banking products such as current account savings account, home loans, auto loans, loan against securities, general insurance, investment products such as mutual funds, life insurance, portfolio management services, and forex products. She is also involved in new client acquisitions by identifying customer segments. Tanushree has completed a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University. She also holds a PGDM in Finance & Marketing from International Management Institute - IMI and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UPTU. In her past roles, Tanushree has worked as a Summer Intern at Central Bank of India, where she understood different types of credit facilities and credit delivery mechanisms provided to industrial customers and different credit rating procedures. She has also worked as a Software Engineer/Senior Programmer at Accenture, where she performed application development, maintenance, technical documentation, and release management. Tanushree's skillset includes software engineering, test, financial modelling and analysis, risk analytics, business intelligence, and data science.
