Tanvi Dharmarha is a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager with over 15 years of industry experience and more than 6 years of management experience leading high-performing engineering teams. Currently, she serves as an Engineering Manager-3 at Adobe, where she focuses on product-led growth and personalization for Adobe XD. She supports and ideates on strategies for acquiring, activating, and monetizing users for Adobe XD and builds a personalization and experimentation framework to test and iterate. Tanvi manages a team of developers and testers to implement experimental features in XD and a team of data scientists to instrument features and measure experiment efficacy after rollout. Prior to her current role, Tanvi served as an Engineering Manager 2 and Quality Engineering Manager II at Adobe. She was part of Adobe XD Engineering and supported strategies for acquiring, activating, and monetizing users for Adobe XD. Tanvi also managed a team of developers who built infrastructure that enabled running of A/B experiments for XD feature discoverability, adoption, and customer acquisition. She measured experiment efficacy and drew insights and actionable plans. Tanvi drove and engaged in hands-on design and ensured alignment of strategy, architecture with the roadmap. She liaised with global teams located in the US and Romania. Tanvi holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where she graduated in 2006.
