Tapas Behera is a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect in UI Technologies, with over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career during the Y2K boom of the late 90s and has since climbed the ladder smoothly, thanks to his strong technical and business understanding. Over the course of his career, he has worked in Application Development, System Analysis & Design, Project & Team Management, Client Management, and Leading a CoE. Currently, Tapas is the Group Project Manager at hcl, where he is responsible for overseeing various projects and ensuring their successful delivery. Prior to this role, he worked as a Project Manager at cisco and zensar, where he gained valuable experience in managing projects and teams. Tapas holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technologies (IGIT), Sarang, which he completed in 1998. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths from MPC College, Baripada, which he completed in 1991. In terms of technical skills, Tapas is proficient in UI technologies and is a Senior Software Engineer. He has a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field and is constantly updating his skills to stay ahead of the curve.
